One thing to remember:  JD Power's own studies show that there is no correlation between their initial quality results and long term reliability and durability.

Thats correct, its basically a list (facts and data) of defects (when a customer brings their car in for repair) while the car is under warranty...I personally see it as a sort of litmus test for long term quality issues.

Rip beat me to it. The NHTSA site is chock full of info on just about any make or model. All recalls of any kind must be submitted to NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Admin).

With the implementation of the TREAD Act, NHTSA will be administering the largest database in the government. Even bigger than the IRS.

If you can have it, want it, earned it,  go for it.

When I want to feel good about my freedoms I go to my hanger and look at my plane (and touch it yes ;)  ).

Like a Harley owner Friend says when people ask "if ya gotta ask ya just don't get it"... I kinda like that

Be cool and safe, enjoy both items in the pics.
