Why can't I post an attachment to my messages?

Is it because:-

1) I am a 'Junior Member'!?

2) A Bishop?

3) English?

4) Crap at flying?

5) All of the above and one I haven't mentioned!!?

Nah they've turned file attachements off due to bandwidth issues.
