The Tsar's armies and navies continue to spread Russian influence. A relatively quiet turn for the Russians still nets them 2 builds this year. With nine units now, the Tsar is indeed the major player in Europe.

The Archduke continues to lead a charmed life, as a bungled Italian/Russian attack on Trieste ends in humiliating failure, giving the Austrians renewed hope that their dynasty will survive.

The Sultan remains content to hold his posessions in the Balkans, while the Turkish navy supports a non-existent attack against the Russian stronghold of Sevastopol. It would appear the Turkish high command had bungled the orders for the garrison in Armenia. Also, the Turkish and Italian navies clash over rights to the Aegean Sea.

Speaking of Bungling, the King of Italy declared war on his own people this season, sending his valiant army of Tyrolia against those rebellious citizens of Venice. Word on the street is that there was a communications mix up. Apparently, the king had intended that the army attack the Austrian province of Trieste, with Russian support. The King, however, was not returning telegrams last night, and was unavailable for comment.

It was a bad season to be a king, as the kings of Italy and England can attest to. The King of England, that unlucky S.O.B., is up against the ropes, fighting a losing battle against the Germans and French. London has been captured by the Germans, and Edinburg and Liverpool are exposed. Unless help arrives from the outside, it would appear that England's days as a sovereign nation are numbered.

The Kaiser has been making steady progress in the north, capturing London and threatening to turn England into the latest colony of the German Empire. On his southern border, the German army in Munich continues to unsuccessfully barge it's way into Tyrolia.

President Tarmac of France continues to do well, quietly growing the strength of the French armed forces. His support of German forces in the north could spell the death knell of the English. But will the Kaiser share the spoils of war on the English homeland?

banana...this diplomacy game is taking up far too much of your time.  You need to devote more time to important things...like your UV game with me.
