Oh ya,

When your butt is kicked from running, take a break and knock out some push-ups.

In between the push-ups, hit a couple of pull-ups.

That's pretty much it.  When you start the class, hang in there and don't quit.

Just think it could be worse.........you could be dead.

not worried about the dead part, that's the easy way out.

pain goes away after a while too.
