Hey Folks:

I might be starting a new squad and was interested in chan. 111, does anyone know if it's in use by a squad? I checked the last few times I logged on, and it was vacant. But I did log on late, so maybe nobody was flyin when I checked, and I figure asking is a lot easier than checking at all times for a week.

So if your squad is using it, let me know, or if you have used it as a vacant chan. let me know.

Some, at least us, use another channel for vox. Allows us to talk to some who fly with us on occasion as well as squaddies we have to rotate in and out due to the 32 member limit. It's not 111 though, knock yerself out airbumba.

our squad uses a number so other can join and we had alot of problems with VOX dropping when on "squad" for some reason.

some "squads" have also gotten too big and are 2-3 smaller "squads" sharing vox also so they need to use a numbered channel.

airbumba.... channels below 199 are for "country" only meaning if a rook squad is tuned 111 no bish or knits could hear it.

you question then needs to be directed to only your countrymates.

We're using 111 Airbumba...I'd suggest using 211. Thanks!

By dedicated chan.s , you mean the squad option in the vox box? Funny since I joined, my last two squads always used a number chan...Hmm, and I always seem to have vox trouble, does that mean using the squad option for vox clears up the vox problems?
