http://www.floc.net/dpjudge/gamemaps/oclub.gif?map=0.852115The end has come for Turkey. Although the Turkish empire went down in defeat, it didn't go out without a fight. The Sultan, in a last gasp offensive, managed to throw the German horde out of Armenia, and retain posession of the Black Sea.
Unfortunately, the Sultan must remove two units this winter, so the Sultan's long-delayed vacation will soon be a reality.
Meanwhile, the Teutonic Kaiser has stabbed his ever-faithful ally, the Archduke Sikboy, in Vienna. This timely stab places the game in an interesting position: both France and Germany, allies throughout the entire game, each possess 17 supply centers. It takes 18 supply centers to win a solo game of Diplomacy.
Will they agree to a draw, or will one, or both(!), perform the necessary stab and go for broke?
We might not be done yet, folks. Things could just be heating up.
