Otter, I'm extremely anti-spying in scenarios. IMO there is no place in an event where players enact being in a segment of the real war. Spying or compromising the plans of one side by ANY players is of the highest taboo. No excuse at all for it.And there's absolutely no need for it. When the scenario ends no side is enslaved by the other.
There is also no real life like consequences for being a spy or passing info on to the "enemy" - on purpose or accidentally. We mimic a pseudo death by the 'one life' rule in frames for pilots. Unfortunately there is no punishment or consequence for "clandestine operations" here. IMO there should be.
A summary courtmartial or even a firing squad could be replicated by expulsing the player form the event altogether. Maybe even carry it over to the next event to help deter that roadkill depending on the severity of the case.
