ATI Radeon 9600 XT settings

I installed the card and everything works fabulously.  This is the first upscale video card I've owned...now I see how everyone went out to adjust their gamma settings when the sun went down.  

A question for those with ATI cards.  Do you alter any of the settings in either Open GL or Direct 3D  (not sure if either apply to AH)?  If so..any suggestions?  This is the first card I've owned with this much capability for user/game settings.

Hiya and congrats!

I use the Omega Drivers: http://www.omegacorner.com/  These drivers are the origianl CAT's PreTweaked.  I think they are tops!  Omega is on the Beta Driver team for ATI.

Settings:

D3D
Anti Aliasing X4
Antisotropic Filtering Application Preference
VSYNC - Always On

Open GL
AA X4
VSYNC Application Preference

A-I-W 9800 Pro settings:
AA x4
AF App preference in AH1, x4 (Quality) in AH2.  In AH1 AF causes text on the map and buffer to blurr.

Texture Preference: High Quality
Mipmap Detail Level: High Quality
Vsync on.

AA and AF will cause lower frame rates.

Open GL setings do not affect AH.
