Just wanted to break the ice cause i can here the whines already. Great strike knits, the pucker factor was immense.

The ju88 guns are uber! Thats the only buff that ive actually scored kills with.

Hmm... ju88 not bad but my best Buff score is still in B26 where I have 30 kills

And far less deaths

And about the uberness of the guns... Hmm... I think ther is no difference in geting a full frontal hit at convergence from 8x .50 fired from P51 or a B17 when you close from dead 6... You die almost instantly in both cases...

13 buffs launch with 6 escort. Target: Rook HQ. I had guys wanting to break formation to your city, however, last months MAG-33 meeting, when our buffs arrived over HQ, we didn't have the numbers to down it totally (75% down) due to inbound attrition..I kept telling MAG-33 "We'll need every available buff over the HQ..."

Enroute to the target, we lost 3 over a 10 min period. Once within 20 miles of the target, we lost 6 more, 3 bombers followed me to release, HQ goes down, then egress we lost the rest of the bombers, but mission was accomplished, no one expects to get home alive flying at 23k 200 miles deep into enemy territory!

<S> MAG-33 , we've yet to be denied our mission goals in our monthly meeting!

Buff guns uber? Take a look at my Buff attack training film, where I purposely make several passes on a buff with a good gunner, total 6 passes with 2 pings...its all about your set-up and delivery. We had 100% casualities last night, that should tell ya how uber buff guns are, and, I might add, we never had more than 4 engaged at once on our formation...very good buff killing techniques by our Rook enemy! <S>
