ok i know some of yall make films with Windows movie maker but with i try to open one of my recordings in it, it dont let me can some one tell me how to do this

make sure when you save it... it's the right codec for windows media player.

If your using the film viewer a little box will come up like this...



I used to use the uncompressed...  

If you do more than 55 sec of recording in 640x480 @ 25fps it won't play in your default player...  the smaller size will be a little longer...

ok i have 15secs of film saved 320x240 @25fps and Full Frames(Uncompressed) and when i try open it in win. movie maker it says this

Desktop\film1.avi could not be imported. The selected file is not valid or is corrupted.

what do i do so it dosent say that

Make sure your not trying to open the .ahf file... I think it saves the avi in the same folder as the ahf file unless you move it...

ok this is what i do step by step can u tell me what im doin wrong.

1. open a AH film
2. click save as AVI
3. make it 320x240 at 25FPS
4. click Full Frames (Uncompressed) then click OK
5. open Windows Movie Maker
6. click import video
7. select the film that i saved as AVI
8.click OK
then it trys to load it and says its an old or corrupted file

Did you try to view it in windows media player?  If so did it play? or is that saying it is old or corrupted? If not try it at a different fps... like 15 then see what happens..

i think i found the problem it dosent work in Windows Player but when i save it as in Real Player it works so now im ganna start on my movie.

i just need to get a little more film b4 they shut AHI down
