B39 Video "Feature"
« on: June 07, 2004, 04:29:07 PM »
DELL 8250 Dimension
P4 - 3ghz cpu
512 RAMBUS
9700 Pro 128 latest Omega Drivers
DX9b
XP Home - all sp/patches up to date.

Feature - When the sun is sitting at the visual height of on the horizon to "one" sun's width higher, I see pixle splotches that look like splotchy grey color shading all over the sky. These last only as long as there are stars visible and fade with the full rising of the sun. They are 2 to 3 times as numerous as the stars. The pixles look like the medium to light grey fuzzy pixles used for planes at the farthest visual range in AHII.

I first noticed this feature in B38. Got me killed because I missed a con hidden by it.

This is like the old joke that voters are harsher to their beer brewer if he has an outage, than their politicians after raising their taxes. Death and taxes are certain but, fun and sex is only now.
