Last night our CV was blinking under attack, but no planes around. I went to the 5" gun and could hear a PT boat, but not see it. Using the stereo sound I could determine approximatley where it had to be, but it was invisible. However as I trained the gun around looking for it, it would appear in the very corner of the left side of my view. The boat itself became visible, and the icon indicating 3 K. As soon as I trained the gun directly at it, the boat and icon both disappeared. Turn away, and it appeared in the corner, turn back and gone.
I clicked on the film recorder and recorded this for a couple of minutes. Finally at
Unfortunatley the film in this situaton is lousy. Next to worthless. I don't know how to describe it, but I'd be glad to email to HTC if they want to watch.
