NOTE: Not sure if i'm correct on all the settings, and some have not been completed.
If there are any correction to be made, please let me know let me know at        tscott@accesswave.ca
or you can post it on the Hitechcreation Message Board    (  http://www.hitechcreations.com/  )   in the
Free Multiplayer     or     Aces High General Discussion    forums.

Default Settings

1.0 ) Locked   = 0             0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Haven't try testing what this does, maybe if set to 1 means no one can join game, or locks some junction that players can do?

2.0 ) CountryCanFly[0] = 1          0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
2.1 ) CountryCanFly[1] = 1          0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
2.2 ) CountryCanFly[2] = 1          0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Sets if countries can fly their planes,
  • = Bishops, [1] = Knights and [2] = Rooks then 0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON

3.0 ) AutoGunnersEnabled[0] = 1      0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
3.1 ) AutoGunnersEnabled[1] = 1       0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
3.2 ) AutoGunnersEnabled[2] = 1       0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Sets if countries have autogunners like in the bombers or vehicle.
  • = Bishops, [1] = Knights and [2] = Rooks

Then settings of             0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON

4.0 ) CountryMap[0] = 0          0 = Bishops
4.1 ) CountryMap[1] = 1         1 = Knights
4.2 ) CountryMap[2] = 2         2 = Rooks
Sets the countries:  CountryMap
  • (Bishops) = 0 (bishops) but you could change it so that all the Bishops become (lets say) Rooks by setting it like       CountryMap[0] = 2  then CountryMap[2] would become 0 (Bishops)

5.0 ) ChangeCountryTime = 0.000       ( min setting = 0.000 / max setting = 100000 )
                  1 = 1 second       so       60 = 1 minute.
This is how much time must pass before you can change your country allegiance to another country.  You can change from your original country ( the one you start with when you joined the game ) and immediately change to another country of your choice.  When you do you then will have to wait until the allotted time passes to change again.

6.0 ) PlaneGunLethality[0] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
6.1 ) PlaneGunLethality[1] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
6.2 ) PlaneGunLethality[2] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
Sets the damage strength of a countries plane guns ( pilot guns ).

7.0 ) ManGunnerLethality[0] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
7.1 ) ManGunnerLethality[1] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
7.2 ) ManGunnerLethality[2] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
Sets the damage strength of a countries manned ( positions taken by players joining another player)  guns like those in the bomber or the vehicles.

8.0 ) WeaponLethality[0] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
8.1 ) WeaponLethality[1] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
8.2 ) WeaponLethality[2] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
Sets the damage strength of a countries bombs, rockets, torpedos and ships big guns.

9.0 ) PlaneAutoLethality[0] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
9.1 ) PlaneAutoLethality[1] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
9.2 ) PlaneAutoLethality[2] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
Sets the damage strength of a countries unmanned ( position not taken by another player ) guns in the bomber.

10.0 ) GroundAutoLethality[0] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
10.1 ) GroundAutoLethality[1] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
10.2 ) GroundAutoLethality[2] = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
Sets the damage strength of a countries unmanned ( position not taken by another player )  guns in the vehicles.

11.0 ) FlakLethality[0] = 1.000000      ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
11.1 ) FlakLethality[1] = 1.000000      ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
11.2 ) FlakLethality[2] = 1.000000      ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 5.000 )
Sets the damage strength of a countries ack guns, those on the land and on the ships.
Hmmm  wonder if you can turn the ack guns off?

12.0 ) PlaneGunAmmoMult = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.5 / max setting = 10.000 )
Multiplies the amount of ammo of the planes pilots gun.

13.0 ) ManGunnerAmmoMult = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.5 / max setting = 10.000 )
Multiplies the amount of ammo of the vehicles or bombers manned guns.

14.0 ) PlaneAutoAmmoMult = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.5 / max setting = 10.000 )
Multiplies the amount of ammo of the vehicles or bombers unmanned guns.

15.0 ) FuelBurnRateMult = 1.000000   ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 10.000 )
Multiplier sets how much faster planes or vehicles use up fuel.

16.0 ) DownTimeMult = 3.000000      ( min setting = 0.001 / max setting = 200.000 )
Multiplier sets the speed of repairs of (Country Strat Group).
NOTE! I know that if you drop a bomb on a runway the maximum lenght of time to repair it is 10 minutes.  Not sure if this can be lengthen with damage to other locations like cities etc.

17.0 ) ManuverKillRange = 6000.000000   ( min setting = 1.0 / max setting = 30000 ) not sure if it is measured in feet or yards not sure.
Sets the distance of manuver kill, meaning if person losses control of his plane and crashes then who ever is within that distance get the kill.

JUST A THOUGHT!  I wonder if this depends on if the plane is classified as flyable by the games standards?   Meaning that if Player Abe shoots Player Bill ( Player Bills plane may be smoking but it is still flyable ) and then Player Bill losses control of his plane and crashes near Player Charlie, Player Charlie gets the kill.  If Player Bills plane was classified as not flyable ( by the games standards ) then Player Able get the kill.

18.00 ) WindSpeed[0] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.01 ) WindSpeed[1] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.02 ) WindSpeed[2] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.03 ) WindSpeed[3] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.04 ) WindSpeed[4] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.05 ) WindSpeed[5] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.06 ) WindSpeed[6] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.07 ) WindSpeed[7] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.08 ) WindSpeed[8] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.09 ) WindSpeed[9] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.10 ) WindSpeed[10] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.11 ) WindSpeed[11] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.12 ) WindSpeed[12] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.13 ) WindSpeed[13] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.14 ) WindSpeed[14] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
18.15 ) WindSpeed[15] = 0,0,0      ( min 256 )
I haven't done any settings for wind but I have seen some postinging in the HiTechCreation Bulletin Board Forum.

19.0 ) ProtectObjects = 1         0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
This enables or unables you to destroy your own object like radar, acks etc, this even includes the Fleet ( not the PT boat ).

20.0 ) KillShooter = 1            0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Damages the player who is shooting someone on his same country.  If Player Able shoots at and hits Player Bill then Player Able gets damaged.  Player Bill doesn't.

21.0 ) ExitInFlight = 1         0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Allows player to exit his plane or other vehicle device.  If ExitinFlight = 0 then player must land or crash to exit device.  Also to exit game.

22.0 ) EasyMode = 0            0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Not sure if this means that it is a little easier to fly a plane or makes computer autogunners easier or something else.

23.0 ) PlaneStructLimitsOn = 1      0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Not sure if this means your plane is tougher or means that you can only carry the ammo, bombs etc that the plane was built to carry.

24.0 ) EnemyMidAirsOn = 1         0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Sets mid air collisions for you and enemy planes.

25.0 ) FriendlyMidAirsOn = 0      0 = NO or OFF   /   1 = YES or ON
Sets mid air collisions for you and your own countries planes.

26.0 ) ViewModeFlags = 3         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 3 )
Sets outside viewing of plane   F4, F5, F6
0 = no views available
1 = all views available
2 = no views available ( don't see any differance between 0 and 2 settings )
3 = all views available ( don't see any differance between 1 and 3 settings )

27.0 ) RadarAlt = 500         ( min setting = 1 / max setting = 1000 )  believe this is in feet
Not sure if this means that planes that fly below Radar Altitude setting are not picked up on radar.

28.0 ) TowerBasedRadarRange = 63360   ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 264000)
a ) 1 = 1 foot        b ) 5280 = 5280 feet ( 1 mile )    c ) 63360 = 12 miles      d ) 264000 feet = 50 miles
Distance that the radar senses from towers.

29.0 ) RadarMode[0] = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 63)
29.1 ) RadarMode[1] = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 63)
29.2 ) RadarMode[2] = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 63)
Haven't tried anything with this yet.  Believe this is the distance from your plane or vehicle radar sees in miles so that you can see players on your map.  In miles?

30.0 ) IconMode[0] = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 1)
30.1 ) IconMode[1] = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 1)
30.2 ) IconMode[2] = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 1)
Haven't tried anything with this yet but I quess it control the icons that show the players name, plane type or distance?

31.0 ) BadWordFilterCnt = 0         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 10)
Haven't tried anything with this yet

32.0 ) MuteTime = 600         ( min setting = 0 / max setting = 3600)
                  1 = 1 second,  3600 = 3600 seconds ( 60 minutes ).

This prevents player from chatting ( typing ) until the allotted time is up.

Dot command: NOTE! NAMES ARE CAPITAL SENSIVE meaning Gameid is not the same as gameid.

.mute gameid       This prevents gameid from typing messages for the mutetime setting length.
.unmute gameid    Enables player to type again.
