ATI tweaker

Does anyone know of a good ATI tweak program?  I just recently installed an ATI All-In-Wonder 9600 Pro XT in my system and hate the ATI generic display interface.  It doesn't allow you to adjust individual settings.  Tried RivaTuner but that only allows you to low level over clock your ATI card and not adjust any other settings.

Think the Omega drivers come with a 'tweaker'.

On some of my computers I use the Omega drivers.  On others Rage3D Tweak
Both have good overclocking utilities.
