What do you think they should be?

Friend of mine who is in a position to know said that the DNC was originally leaning toward "Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft, " by the Carpenters, but she said Richard proved uncooperative and they could not reach Karen for comment.  Their second choice is reported to be "Everything is Beautiful" by Ray Stevens.

Rumor has it that the RNC has opted to use the theme from "Tombstone."

Perry Como and like, Garth Brooks are the only two people in the entire world who will even let the RNC use their songs. :D

Here's one, but for the Libertarian party.

The Kinks

I was born in a welfare state
Ruled by bureaucracy
Controlled by civil servants
And people dressed in grey
Got no privacy, got no liberty
Cause the twentieth century people
Took it all away from me.

RNC's (really more Bush's) would be "Takin Care of Business" by BTO

DNC's would be "Loser" by Beck

that wont work udie. as a rule of thumb, democrats are against small business and republicans are for big business. no room for "working for your self" on either side.

That has not been my experience with people on either side of the isle.  Most small business owners I know are die hard Republicans, with a few exceptions.  But all work for themselves and work damn hard at it.
