Bomber/Factory/Strat questions
« on: June 08, 2001, 10:43:00 AM »
Hello Gentlemen!
I'm somewhat new to Aces High and have been looking for info regarding details of factories and factory maps.

I'd swear i've seen the various maps elsewhere, but can't find them through regular channels.

I understand the concept of destroying factories and how it affects strat, but when playing yesterday, a country was down to only 3 or so bases, and the island where there HQ was located had enemy occupied bases also.

There was a refinery nearby, but near friendly and enemy bases.

What establishes which factories affect which country?  I'd hate to bomb something to find out it affected my own country, and the enemy bases only had 1 factory near them.

I have a map showing where the factories are, but would appreciate help finding maps of the factories and their descriptions.

Any help would be appreciated!

Country-specific resources are fixed from after the reset regardless of what territory is held by whom.

-SNIP-

Any help would be appreciated!

These maps have color codes for the STRAT facilities showing which "country" they belong to.

Just locate your HQ when you log on and then you'll know what facilities
are yours, regardless of how fields have changed hands.

Thank Snefens for making and providing these
maps on his site.

Thanks kfsone and Gypsy! and Snefens!

Got the map.

BTW, do you know where the images showing what each of the factories look like, their layout?  I could have sworn I saw them once.

Thanks for the quick replies anyways!

Take a look in this thread...I think you'll find what you're after:

 http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=send_topic&t=010219&f=1

It's in this same forum, about 5-6 replies down the tread.
Simply right click on each image and select "Save image as" and you'll have them for reference.
