new Terrain editor probably just includes the shore batteries.

So I only had to piss a few people off to get some new news... maybe we should do this more often Animal...

Animal, the ETO terrain Pyro was referring to is the latest to be completed by the CM terrain team. We've released it to HTC, and from there it gets "blessed" by Superfly and then gets released for download to the general AH community. I can't say when HTC will be done blessing it, but it will be soon.

Other terrains released by the CM terrain team since December are:

Africa/Italy(Verm's "Afrika Corps" terrain)
Norway
Phillipines

ETO is in HTC hands now, and a Stalingrad terrain is otw shortly. As I stated in another thread today we also have six more terrains in the works.

If you ever play a scenario on one of these historical terrains, you can thank the following people, who donate their talent and time to make these terrains for the community:

Vermillion
Jihad
Redwing
10Bears
Camo
Sundog
NUTTZ

The ETO terrain was already mentioned in the news forum.  Editor updates usually occur after a new version release to keep things current.

Too subtle Vermillion,...take a baseball bat out and gently whack someone on the noggin to get appropriate results  :D.

The Africa/Italy map I referred to was your "Afrika Corps" map, Verm. Did I forget another map of yours? I apologize if I did.

I also edited the CM terrain team list to include you. Sorry bout that!   :o

Skuzzy.. it's best to apply the bat to some other portion of the body than the head.

"Never hit an FDB in the head.. hit 'em instead someplace it's likely to hurt"

Just thought yah would like to know... for future refrence.  :)
