Auto Launch from Tower
« on: August 04, 2004, 08:36:18 AM »
Not sure if I could verify or duplicate this....also not sure if this has been posted already.

I think there is a bug when landing. It has happened numerous times, as I brake to a halt and perhaps accidently still holding onto the space I hit tower on the map to return. It seems I briefly (1 sec or less) enter tower then automatically launch from a hanger in the same plane I just landed. Only annoying cause it has increased my sortie number inadvertantly. When I get home tonight I might try to verify this one.

Yea, I think this is a known bug. At least I hope it is. It will auto launch you from the hangar sometines if you are damaged to the point of crashing also.

It's the spacebar.  JB73 had a post about this not too long ago.  Just let go of the brakes before you exit the plane.

Yes, the spacebar/brake will do it, but like I said above, it will  autolaunch you on some occasions if you have a plane damaged to the point of crashing also.
