You make a new layer. Make it cloudy (however the heck you choose to do this) with dark and light spots. Make it COMPLETELY opaque (you can't see anything through it).


Then set it to... oh, I don't know, say 10% and set it to "Screen" in the layer options.


He means make a cloudy layer, then play with the layer options like how much of it shows (% of opacity) and in what method it's applied (normal, multiply, screen, luminosity, etc...)

No Krusy, theres a way to do it.  Dux also does it, but theres some option like a blur that will automatically make a cloudly layer for you, so all you have to do is adjust the opacity.

Select Filter, Render then Clouds.  Do this on a seperate layer and adjust as needed.  You can use guassian blurs and a whole lot of other affects to get the weathered paint look.  Just fiddle with it till you get what you like.

Bah I've been clocked at 70 WPM and I usually can get most of the words spelled properly and most of the grammar in place.


Speed is no excuse... Unless it's the illegal drug name.
