A Plea For mercy!!!!!HTC!

HTC....I feel there needs to be some clarification as to what in the world we are supposed to be doing in the MA.  Are we suppose to cause resets? Does this mean that we won a War? Do we have a STATs that reflect how many times we<a country> caused a reset and agasint whom?  Do we try and maintain the majority of the land in the MA?  As of now, i dont think we have a clear understanding as a Country what we are supposed to be doing.  What is our objective? As a country?  If this game is going to promote unity and teamplay we need a goal, an overall objective to strive for.

You guys mentioned giving out Perk points for winning a war<reset>.....GREAT IDEA...Now we have a goal...Now we have a reason to act as a group and accomplish our mission.  Right now there is no reason i can think of to actually take another base.  ?  Why should we cause a reset?  Why should we win the war? Whats in it for our country?  Hell, lets just fly around and blow stuff for no reason other than to have fun.  Well, lets have a BLAST and give countrys a reason to unite and act like a group.

If causing a reset gave everyone in the winning country thats online 50 Perk Points...you'd be amazed how fast the last 2-3 bases would fall!

Oughta be something like extra points for the guys who drop the bombs that kill hangars just before a field capture. Big time rewards for gooning too.

those last two fields would take for ever to capture, that countrys pilots would all be flying right there. Plus both other teams would be attacking at the same time. trying to get it first. what a furball that would be.

Hi All,
 Just a quick question about this "Perk points for winning the war" thing...

Are we suggesting that the team which took the final field is the winner or the team which has the most fields after the last field is taken. (Knights could have their last field taken by Bishops who would then have 10 fields, The Rooks would have the rest.

Bishops would have caused the "reset" but who would get the points? I could see some interesting alliances being formed at the end of the war

sure why not, but that would cause a horrible gang banging situation.  The most fun i have ever had is when you fight your way back from 2 bases to some level of security.  This was possible because the other teams backed off the underdog and had a nice heavyweight fight.  Eventually the underdog's numbers came up and they could go on the offensive, just plain fun.  If we perk resets, we will have many survivor type alliances, and what's worse many alliance accusations!!!!! i hate those, guaranteed everyone else does too. So if it aint broke, dont fix it.

I think that bombing should be given good high points though.

But just when are the points given? As soon as the bombs hit? When you land? When you capture the base?
What do you all think?

We went to capture the last rook base the other day. I was in a lanc at 10k. Took out 2 bomber hangers and one fighter hanger.
I got back to land. Put my flaps and gear down. Just flared and the whole friggin arena reset. My field fell into enemy hands. Ack blew up and I went boom! So I think i lost my field points
