13' trailer is big enough for four people, and a 1993 one can go for as low as 2k.

I've seen a couple 3-4 yr old ones. They were well cared for and looked in good overall shape. The factory is right off I-45 in Rice, Texas south of Dallas. They give walk thru tours.
