vox lockup and resetv command

This is just to report an observation which I experienced so far.

When vox gets locked up, I always see a player's CPID stuck on the top right corner of the screen.  Using alt-tab to minimize AH and coming back again clears this problem but I seem to get bad frame rates after that (this is a video problem so I will not get into this now).

Lately, I noticed that I usually get this lockup when I am in the SEA and in a mission when everyone launches at the same time.  So, two difference here, being in a mission and the arena compared to the MA.  The last time when it happened was when I was in the Friday Night Squad Operation.  The time is when the frame started.  This happened to me in the Squad Op two weeks ago and the week before that too.  So, being in the SEA or being in a mission contributes to this lock up?  I am not sure yet.

I tried to clear this lockup by using the .resetv 1 command... but it froze my computer entirely.

Specs of my machine are as follows:

CPU: AMD Athlon Thunderbird 2.5GHz
RAM: 512MB
Soundcard: SoundBlaster Live! Value
Videocard: Radeon 9500 Pro 128MB video ram
OS: Windows Millenium (Japanese Version) with Dx9

Lost vox once so far (in MA) but I'm only playing on 1-2 nights a week.

.resetv, ...1,2,3 - none of them worked to reset it.

If you started the film recorder that might have contributed, it was one thing we noticed about vox in Ruhr Valley, (AH1) every time we turned it on we lost vox.  Knock on wood, I haven't lost it in the SEA in several weeks but I'm sure I'm due.
