Armi (Female) is buried 1km away from where I live; I haven't seen anyone making trips to her grave like to the grave of Jim Morrison... maybe some day.

Well of course there was "Unknown Soldier" movie which was based on Väinö Linna's book; filmed in '55, and which is just as good war movie as "Das Boot" IMHO.

I'd say it's the better one, although I'm not a huge fan of old movies. Both are fine movies and quite different.
