IMO you're right.

I really ought to update the ones that changed and send it to 1177 but I'm pretty busy right now.

Easy in-game again.

I'm hesitant... It's extremely easy to do, but it adds alot of clutter to the map.

Is it really that important to know how many of each item there is? I actually didn't want to use numbering at all, but I figured that numbering could be used by missions and squads.

I'll let "the masses" decide, if there are a few votes for wipass' idea, I'll include it.

edit:

As you may have noticed I've used a system for numbering. The items are numbered primarily from top to bottom, if two items are one the same "latitude" I number them from left to right.

If you want to know how many acks there are, just find the bottom one. After a while it will be easy to remember how many acks there are on a given field, then the "1 of 3" numbering would just be in the way, wouldn't it?

im looking forward to when there are random base lay outs, i could see a map usefull for when we do, like someone goes ahead and does recon for the attack then posts the screen shot in the missions screen.
