Plus you might also want to say 'true' to the network.dns.disableIPv6 in the config if you don't have IPv6 network.

I use Firefox, but when I type about:config is uses MS IE and says "Action Cancelled"

Why is it using MS IE?

is firefox ur default browser ???

all i did was open a firefox browser and type it worked great .  the speed really picked up nicely too .
