Moving Ditch

Okay, this one has really started to be annoying. I don't recall this being a problem before recently, although I can't be certain when it started exactly.

It is now possible to accidentally ditch your vehicle while still in motion. So, if I'm moving along on in my tank and I accidentally click "Tower" from the map, I get a ditch and am sent back to the Tower.  You can't do this in a plane of course, and I don't remember this being possible in a vehicle. I thought for sure that you had to absolutely not be moving before you could go to Tower.

Today, I drove my 28 kills all the way back to the 3-VH-pad at my vehicle base just to make sure I got the "Land", and I must have typed ".ef" before my Tiger stopped moving completely -- because it ditched me. I used to think this was because I didn't find the right patch of pavement, but now I realize it's because I probably was still moving slightly.

Please don't tell me that this was done intentionally so that we could definitely get back to the tower even if our vehicle was in some sort of uncontrollable, unstoppable spinning mode because of terrain/spawning issues! That's not an appropriate way to fix a problem with terrain.

If you're moving, then you should not be able to accidentally ditch your vehicle. And if there needs to be a way to ensure that someone can get back to the tower even if their vehicle is stuck in some sort of endless spinning loop in faulty terrain, then create some way of allowing a moving-ditch with a required confirmation (e.g. "Are you sure you want to ditch?"). This kind of confirmation requirement would also help for intentional landing attempts where you're not quite sure whether you're on the right surface.

Of course, don't even get me started on the petty necessity to get your vehicle or plane on just the right spot to ensure a "land". So, it's okay to abandon my tank in the middle of the runway, but not okay to park on the grass near the barracks? This makes sense? And if I'm trying to land a disabled plane, I get absolutely no credit for bringing it back to base because I couldn't avoid rolling three feet off the runway. There's no difference between ditching my plane in the middle of nowhere and landing it safely in the middle of an airbase . . . but slightly off pavement. Silly.

"ExitWhileMoving" Should be disabled in the MA. It's been around forever so it might just be a setup mistake.
