The problem was that I had to "rule-out" some conflicts between our development team and users. And that could probably result in conflicts inside dev team. I hope you understand where it happened. Finally I was opposed by some professional provocators, who tried to deliberately ruin our team, mostly because I used Patton's "he's our SOB" principle. So - I quit.
I tried to use military subordination rules, as the most pragmatic and formalised. I really like them in real life, understanding them saves your brain cells and in some extreme cases (that I unfortunately experienced more then once) - human lives. In moderation and forum regulations democracy is the worst thing you can imagine. But using trusted "totalitarian" methods not backed up by strict disciplinary methods, like in FidoNet, is impossible
After understanding this I never try to re-appear at some forums where I was banned (like AGW in it's 3 reincarnations) as "virtual alter-ego". Partisan warfare isn't for me.
