I have a server co-located at got.net in Santa Cruz, CA. They have a DS3 to San Jose. I have set up a ping plot to HTC, and a couple of other sites for referance. You'll notice HTC consistently has the widest variance in pings and the highest average packet loss, with multiple patches of over 50% packet loss, while the rest of the pings stay consistent.
