Word Perfect Sucks

When I started my working career after leaving university in the mid 1990s, I was assistant to a guy with the surname "Godsall". MS Word 2.0 used to autocorrect his name to "Godzilla". That one raised more than a few laughs.

Anyone have an opinion re WP?

Feds? Hmmm... I'm DoD and we don't have that restriction. We all use Office 2000.

Re: WP... a word processor is a word processor is a word processor. AFAICT, there hasn't been a significan advance to WP software since the spell checker.

Of course, if you're dead set against M$, there's another option which has two things going for it... it's free, and it's free.

Maybe its just the judiciary that made this decision. Although I think the US Attys are WP as well.
