Juniors and Members

So what's the difference between Members and Junior Members on this bulletin board?

I'd like to hear all possible explanations

Members don't have the JR in front of their member. (Say, who shot JR anyway?) Junior members have a JR in front of their member. So now when you are at the convertion you will be able to tell the junior members from the members
