BTW, anyone using windows can resize grphics files on their own, without needing outside help....

Just open your graphic file in Paint, click image, then stretch/skew, then input a rough percentage (same for horizontal and vertical) and see what pixel x pixel size you get. If necessary you can keep tweaking to get the exact size you want.
