Hi all !
I dw the game again after not being playing it for a year or two too try it again, game is good and have changed alot since last time

.

But I get lockups, every 15 min to 45 minutes I play, and have to do a hard reboot to get into windows again. system seem overall stable for other use.

sys:

Amd X2 4400
Msi K8N neo4-f nvidia nForce motherboard
Ati all in wonder X1800
1 GB memory
Dx9.0c
catalyst 6,3
latest ver. of Nvidia force ware drivers for motherboard.
latest driver for realtec AC97 sounddrivers.
antivirus off and firewall disabled under playing.

Anyone got a idea ?

Sounds like a heat problem to me. Either Graphics card or CPU.

Try cleaning out all the dust from your fans, maybe even find some temperature checking software.

Got it, turned off hardware vertex proccesing and now it runs as a dream.
Strange I was pretty sure my ati card could run with that on.
Anyway problem fixed.

I checked the heat too, cpu was running at about 44 c and my ati card at about 72 c. After checking out forums at ati that was normal they said ? sounds hot for me but guess the new cards produce a lot of heat.
I got 2 huge fans sucking air out of my cabinet too.
