The bomb would be cool but iot would blow up a hole pad or town.  I agree if we did do it it would have to be perked 300-500.

Do we have the capacity to introduce "perked" ordinance?

How would that work? Two sets of Lancs in the menu? One with Perk bombs and one without?

[I'm ok with it, I salivate whenever I see divebombing lancs in the MA, they're almost as yummy as Ju88s.]

I'd guess your idea would be the easiest way to do it.  I'm a bomber guy, but I think if the bomber is anywhere close to the ground, he should be killed in the blast from such a large device.
