I think the news goes overboard but what do you expect for these 24/7 newschannels, they need to fill the time between commericials somehow. I'd rather hear about the bio attack we are under than see the slim Gary Con-dick smiling his grinch smile into the camera..

I doubt it, when the media says the same thing over and over and over don't you get just - a - bit tired of it?
I would much rather have balanced journalism, as for it being newsworthy, sure it is - but not at the expense of other news.
I don't have 24/7 news channels so I get a full dose of the medias wringing of hands because
they have been attacked.
Wahhhhh their out to get US! If it hadn't been sent to Brokaw or ABC news it probably wouldn't recieve half the attention, it would already be a footnote on their broadcasts.
I worry more about being hit by a meteorite and dieing than I do about contracting anthrax, they play right into the terrorists hands with their endless harping and spreading of panic.
Irresponsible journalism at it's worst.
