So many questions about the throttle, I thought a guide might be helpful. This also applies to all analog inputs.



You got a list of inputs. They include analog inputs (things that move) and buttons (things that just click). If you have an axis (on the left) with nothing assigned to it (on the right) you need to assign it. Also note you can change the assignment, but unless you have a complex setup this won't help you much.

You can select the axis (the analog input) you want, and assign it the function you want. You can double click it or hit the MODIFY button. Assign it to what you want it to be. Hit OK.

Then it works. See the box pop up when you double click (right side of picture)? You can scroll up and down in there and assign any of those to an analog input.

After you assign a function to an analog input, click the "advanced" checkbox for that axis and make sure it all works.

You might need to calibrate if you haven't already.
