Still no Force Feedback

nada zip zero     no change MSFFPP2 gameport stick works outside of AH
and is enabled in game

This last patch is the worst.  Now my MS FFB2 won't center, won't
calibrate and has enough slop to feed a farm full of pigs.  It worked just
fine up thru patch 1...now it's unflyable.  

     Tried calibrating, setting deadbands..scaling..nothing.  The most
maddening part is that it works like a charm outside AH2.
