disconects!!!!!!

I dont have anything running in the background,no firewalls and I turn  off my virus protection .
 
 I'm runnen w2k , AMD@ 2.2ghz ,1.25 gig DDR3700 ram,Invidia 5900,250mb
 
 Heres my pings right after I got disconected.
