hey im new here and want to get going .. is there any type of joystick that i need or can i use any one?

AH has a lots of stick options, you can get just about anything to work. I have heard of people flying with game pads or wheels (BOTH NOT RECOMMENDED!). If your looking to buy a new stick, check out the thread i linked. If you still have questions, you can either search the Tech Support and HArdware/Software forums yourself or come back here and ask.
