BIG to Fighters Inc. from the 325th.

325th had a JABO mission to a ammo plant.  We had 9 47's with bombs and we were escorted by Fighter Inc. with 3 X P51's.

During the attack run were we bounced by JG 44 (20 109's strong).  325th got the bombs off and ran like crazy with JG44 hot on our tails.

Fighters Inc with only 3 planes dove in and tangled with the JG 44 and by the logs they downed 5 and lost one to a bail.  Dang good in my book!!  That action allowed the 325th to escape with only a lose of 3 checkertails.

To all of the squads that plan these missions.  If you need a escort and you can request it.  Get Request Fighters Inc.  They have a great squad, not big but they bring quality to the fight.  They are always where you need them and they are always on time.  And best of all they follow the plan and they are easy to work with.

Robo you have a great squad and the 325th enjoys working with you.

Doobs I must correct you:

Only 69% of the Ammo factory was still standing:D

Yes the JUG's will run!  And I was inspired to run as 20 109's followed me :O   All of us dropped ord's in compression, I know I let my bombs go at nearly 600 mph (hard to tell do to the shaking).

I'm glad you guys were in 109's and not 190's.

A great nights fun.

69% is above 50%. i classify that as a victory, fighters inc did good (as always).

JG had inferior planes though (slower, less maneuverable)

Was a good night of defense at the ole ammo factory...

I chased one of the incoming P47s at over 500MPH in a huge diving circle until he dropped ords...chased for another 5K on egress, then decided I had no chance to catch him and broke off.  Might have gotten a 13mm hit or two at d800.

Nice job of getting in and getting out fast 325th.  Any slower and you guys would have been plastered!  Nice work .
