will be the alaskan pipeline
now that we are educating them on this supply route which provides almost 10% of our total and after they show miles and miles of this unguarded pipeline on the news for the next couple of weeks/months while BP repairs their leaks, the cheekboness will know an easy and vital target when they see one..
I am surprised it hasn't been hit already

It's kinda hard for a middle-eastern terrorist to "blend into" the local population up there.

their main target is our econmoy - not our ppl - we will kill ourselves if they can get our economy to pludge into a depression
not sure how much of the pipeline is above ground but the spot I just saw on the news looked like a blind 90 year old lady could take it out

You know..I may not be too upset if the next attack was The US Capitol while the house and senate are in session.

A fresh start might be good for us...

Oh wait..even when it is in session..no one is there.

Iirc alot of the Alaskan pipeline runs through wilderness areas. The Alaskan wilderness is no place for the unprepared. Somehow I have difficulty imagining a  terrorist from the ME actually making it to the pipeline w/o the elements getting to him first.

Bringing a ship load of Potasium Nitrate into a harbor and setting it off would be more to their style. Far more actual impact as well.

"The Alaskan wilderness is no place for the unprepared."

If a bear or a cougar kills them on the way to the pipe they don't qualify as martyrs? :D

You think that terrorists didn't already know about the Alaskan Pipeline?
