Just use the TA for the PIMP (Point of IMPact sight) ;)

Do you or anyone else have a sight for the F8 with a dot for the rockets for use at X range at Y angle at Z altitude?  I can't get anyone to get out of the MA long enough to be a target for me in the TA.

mossie just rulez

In dive its on rails like the spit16 that bruv used. Climb 2-3k over target (it climbs good even with full ordonance), and watch for 40mm rounds coming to you when you are slow !!!
You can get a panzer in a single bomb with good drops. Tigers are another story, even in pinpoint 500lb will not make it explode straight...most of the time.

Flaks are the main dish...keep it fast and don't align too early with the nmy flak, like noobs coming straight to your flak at 1.5K...yummy. Be sure to be aligned at d800 and not before (not on MY flak, keep coming straight to me at 2k hehe) When bombs (and/or rockets) are out, you still have the honorable 4x20mm hispano in the nose to kill what comes around (M3's, Bombers, Cruisers....)

50% fuel will give you a 30min ride if you feel like going elsewhere after)

but watchout the mossie is made of matches so 1 hit could make him turn into a fireball (explain my whyyyyyyyyy) or you'll get wounded (your choice really). So I would recommmend you to fly it like a pure Boom and Zoom plane and not get excited over its apparently good turns (you'll know when you'll do a flat spin). And I wouldn't use flaps in combat, also for flat spin issues.

BUT when ordonnance and/or fighter hangars are down, you'll fly an IL2 like everyone....high velocity 22mm is THE gun to kill gvs without ord.

(who am I talking to ?)

I just use a red dot for a sight on all my planes.

But here is what I do and it seems to work.

I have the dot moved up in my sight to almost the top of the sight glass.

Now at a normal dive from about 6k alt at 300-350mph at about 45 deg.

When the tank is CENTERED in my sight glass (below my red dot) at 1.0d I will score hits.

Also fire your rockets in pairs as that is how they come off the wing, this lets you move the target slight to the side that fires.

Hope this helps, also if you see me in the MA I'll head to the TA with you.
