So what can one do with 3840 rounds of 7.62x54 blank ammunition?

at .02 a round?

Sometimes, these blank rounds go for .45.

Build a hellfire trigger crank.  Latched to the side, you have a cam or bump on a rod that you hand-crank.  The faster you turn it, the faster it pushes the trigger.

Fully-automatic sounding gunfire is just an hour away if you've got a shop and a modicum of creativity.

Oh, and assuming it's a semi-auto.

LOL.  Just don't be surprised if a "very concerned" citizen doesn't brand you a threat and sick the FBI on you. ;)

Oh, also make sure you wearing your full dress russian uniform while your at it.

Btw, I just got in 440 rounds of Hungarian yellow tip (182 gr) 7.62x54R. Loooking forward to some shoulder pain tomorrow!
