I had some problems with AOL and my modem. Reloaded both and now when I try to connect to AH I get the above message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling AH. Also removed all registry AH entries that I could find. I know I am not getting a clean uninstall because after uninstalling and reinstalling AH when I try to log on it still has my password saved. Must be a corrupted file that's not getting deleted when uninstalling. Can anyone help or pass along the tech support phone number I need a fix soon desperate! thanks
