Skins gone

All the hundreds of skins or so that I had downloaded are now gone offline when looking at the hangar. It rebuilt the cache, and I'm pretty sure the skin files are still there, so I don't know why it didn't rebuild them.

New info, since I've been able to log in lately:

This only happens offline. Online all the proper skins display as they should. Offline all that is available is "Default".
