good old dj111 glad to hear it dad

if history is any indication of what every soldier who has fought bravely for their country is made of, no matter that lesser men in power who sent them to war in aggresion, defense or reasons of their own making.

This much is and always will be true...
the reasons they ended up there are irrelevant when bullets are flying and their friends are dying.
simple words like valor and honor are the only words fitting to describe these soldiers who dedicated themselves to their country and fought and died for eachother and it is no different today.

Congratulations Dadrabit. you can't help but feel the pride of knowing your son  is a cut above the rest. it takes courage and dedication when you know whats at stake and you dont sit on the sidelines when your country needs you. recruitments are way down for most services which may speak poorly of our country or our cause or maybe both. but not since the greatest generation has the majority of americans had the patriotism your son posesses.

But thats why your son will fit right in.
marines don't ask for the easy jobs.
they take the ones no one else can do.

Darned DadRabit, I didn't know DJ was your boy, but when he get's out he will be your Man.  I've missed him and send him my regards.  One thing is for sure about the military, you go in a boy and come out a man.  My best wishes are with him to be safe!

All the Best...
