1.08 Problems

I updated to version 1.08 and when I try to start Aces High now I get an error:

"The ACESHIGH.EXE file is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL :DirectDrawCreateEx."

So, I installed the full program instead of the update. Same error.

So, do I need to reinstall DirectX?

yes, like the info says you need directx7 minimum

get 8a from http://www.microsoft.com/directx

download section

Well, that's the funny thing -- I've been running DirectX 8 for quite some time...

Guess I'll try a reinstall.
