joystick issues ?? under win2k

Just having installed both 1.05 and win2k recently

I am having Joystick problems with a USB CYBORG3D, basically it kind of calibrates but its all off to one side so I'm always pushing into the ground and left...

now, no problems in FA with the stick or OS, so I can definitely rule out that.

So all the controls are all calibrated in gaming devices from control panel, so that's not it.

The calibration utility does seem to pick up that the stick is sending values.. for some reason its just not giving me full motion..

running a nVidia geforce, I am now using dx8, I was getting exactly the same problem under dx7, so upgrading this didn't resolve it.

Any idea's HTC ?

USB Joysticks aren't recognized by AH under Win2k.
