Ft. Worth rewriting the the constitution?

Sometimes I wonder if any sanity is left in any form of government, local , state or federal.
When a job doesn`t get done the correct way and can`t be handled by those in charge of handling them is it right to start rewriting the constitution or to stomp on personal freedom just because you can`t do the job you were hired for?
The whole thing is a fiasco to the point of being so  ridiculous it is laughable, not to mention an embarrassment to the people of this city.
If you are so sure you can identify the gang members and have proof that certain individuals in this gang has commited so and so crime, then arrest them and charge them.
You can`t use cellphones, beepers or pagers for illegal activities???? Smoke and mirrors. If you can prove that someone is commiting an illegal act, arrest them for that act.
Just one instance of tagging the wrong person, which will almost certainly happen, and the gang will be the least of their worries. They will be too busy trying to keep the city and county from losing it`s butt in a law suit or suits.

Quote
The lawsuit filed in state District Judge David Evans' court seeks an injunction prohibiting the defendants from engaging in a wide range of activities, including standing or sitting together in public view within the safety zone.
It also wants the court to rule that they cannot possess indelible marker pens or aerosol paint cans that could be used to mark public property, or use cellphones, pagers or beepers for any illegal purpose.

Evans also will be asked to tell gang members that they can't use signals, stand as lookouts, or warn others of approaching police officers. The city also wants the judge to set a curfew of 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the gang members.

Pretty slipperly slope they are taking here.

Yeah... further erosion of our society in the hands of people that have no clue what the Constitution is about.  So they, (Congress, Senate, Judges and Lawyers) keep trying to re-write it, or so blatantly misinterpret it as to boggle even the most ardent village 1d10t's mind.

Wait'll the election results come in next year...  I smell a revolution coming.

They used to get bikers that way too but at least they had some basis... most of the time at least a couple of em  was a felon.  Felons can't associate.

it worked on us.  Took a while but broke up the biker "clubs".

That is how they could stop the current gangs.   Stop em and roust em and arrest the felons "associating".

The rest is bs.
