I have been assigning the allies more ground targets ... since they are on the offensive. Doing that, more of the allies are flying attack aircraft which are practically dead meat for the axis fighters.
From my perspective, the frames have turned out pretty even.
Then, again, it could be these rose-lead peril sensitive ray-bans, too.
