Need Help Tracking Something Down...

Hi Guys,

Our church desperately needs to find land to build on here in Fayetteville, NC and we have found one parcel of land that would be perfect but can't locate the owner. We have the name and address that the parcel is owned by (PAUL THOMPSON DEVELOPMENT CORP PO BOX 1314  SOUTHERN PINES NC 28388) but can't locate a phone number for the address or confirm that the PO Box is still valid. All of my standard internet search skills are also coming up empty. Short of hiring a private investigator, how would you guys go about tracking the owner down?

write a letter, send it registered.

Seagoon,  check online with the NC Secretary of State, Division of Corporations (or the analagous agency) and you can search by name for this corp and get names, addys and phone numbers of all corp officers... g'luck

most services wont send registered mail to a P.O.box, no one to sign....and you can waive the signature but that kinda defeats the purpose.
  County assessors(sic) office will have an address, gotta send out those tax notices....but  probably the same address
